Yes! While SYNC SOFTWARE was developed based on best business practices, customization is our real specialty. We can easily customize any of our commercial off-the-shelf products to perfectly suit your specialized business needs.
- Is SYNC SOFTWARE compatible with other software?
The SYNC SOFTWARE line is equipped with interconnectivity between variants. With regards to SYNC's compatibility with other brands of software, it will depend on whether the other brand of software has import and export functions.
- Can I increase the number of users who can access the software?
Yes! Depending on your package and your account, we can work out special deals to increase the number of users.
- What automated reports can a SYNC SOFTWARE generate?
Basically, whatever data that has been entered into the system can be generated into a report. All reports produced by the software can be customized depending on the requirements of the client.
- What if some of the reports that we need are not included in your standard package?
No problem! We can keep on adding and customizing reports as you need them. Reasonable fees are charged for creating custom reports depending on the package that you purchased. Simple reports can even be thrown in for FREE!
- Do I need to use forms if I want to print out government or agency reports?
This will depend on the user's preference. Whether you want to simultaneously print the government or agency forms along with the entries, or position entries correctly into pre-printed forms, SYNC SOFTWARE can do this for you.
- What if the government or other agencies decide to change their reports or tables?
Equipped with Forward Compatibility, SYNC SOFTWARE is designed to readily adapt to any changes in government reports and tables. Users have access to the file maintenance module that contains all the factor rates needed for computations. Meanwhile, updated reports will be made available for download once customers log-in on this website.
- I have a problem with my copy of SYNC SOFTWARE, what do I do?
All SYNC SOFTWARE are designed and developed in the Philippines. So should you experience problems with any of our software, simply contact Synthesis Innovations, Inc. or any of our authorized resellers nationwide and we will be happy to assist you.
- What happens if my computer crashes?
Built into every SYNC SOFTWARE is a back-up feature that can be scheduled to perform regular database back-ups according to the client's needs.
